What is your return policy?

We want you to love everything you receive from the ClothesVine. If for some reason you are not totally satisfied, please let us know.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Sale items must be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit.

All returned merchandise must have tags attached with the receipt of purchase.

 What are your shipping policies?

Orders will ship out within one to two business days (We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays). All shipments will be sent by UPS ground or USPS unless you specify otherwise. Once your order is shipped, it generally will be received within five business days. Currently, we are only shipping within the United States and cannot ship to post office boxes.

An in-store pick up option is also available for local customers. This option can be selected  from the shipping options during check out. Your shipping address is still required even though the items will not be shipped out. Items will be held  and will be ready to be picked up at your earliest convince. Receipt of purchase is required.  

 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Your card will be charged when your purchase is shipped.

Do you sell/accept gift cards online?

Gift cards can be purchased online in set amounts of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $250, etc. Gift cards will be mailed out within 1-2 business days of purchase with free shipping. 

Gift cards can be redeemed in store and online.

The online use of gift cards as payment requires your order to be placed over the phone (717-249-7909)  or via email (theclothesvine@yahoo.com) due to a difference in payment platforms. Call or email with the item name(s), gift card number, and shipping information. Orders that exceed the gift card balance will require a credit card number as well. These orders will only be handled over the phone for security purposes. You may supply the order information along with a phone number through email and we can call to handle the credit card transaction though the phone.
