Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your card will be charged when your purchase is shipped.
Shipping
Orders will ship out within a day or so of ordering (We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays). All shipments will be sent by UPS ground, unless you specify otherwise. Once your order is shipped, it generally will be received within five business days. Currently, we are only shipping within the United States and cannot ship to post office boxes.
Returns
We want you to love everything you receive from the ClothesVine. If for some reason you are not totally satisfied, please let us know. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED AND HAVE ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. Items that smell (smoke, body odor,etc) or are unclean (deodorant marks, pet hair, make-up stains, etc.) are not in new condition and are not eligible for return. All exchanges or returns must be mailed within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please be aware, we do not refund shipping chrarges. When returning, please pack and securely seal the package with the merchandise and a copy of the receipt.

Sorry but we can not accept COD returns. Once the package is received your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
